Any one can help me to get a job offer from Yukon territory FOR YCP Program?

Hi Guys,
My name is Unais . I'm from India, I hear a program which doesn't need IELTS, named YCP (Yukon community pilot )
too difficult to find a job from that area.. so any one can help me to get a job offer form Yukon territory?

As far as I know, YCP is not an Immigration program. it's a special kind of work permit for Yukon PNP nominee. so you need a language test result to get a Yokon PNP nomination. Am I wrong?

It's related to the Yukon nominee program in that you need a nomination to apply for the work permit, but apparently you can get the nomination via job offers in a Yukon community. Otherwise it wouldn't make much sense to create all these conditions.

Don't get the part when you apply for these jobs in the yukon on cic job board it almost always says don't apply if you're not a p.r or citizen. How can some one from outside Canada apply to this ycp if this is the case. I some times wonder if this is where those sleezy agencies who charge ridiculous amounts of money to desperate people come in to the picture. As I see still most companies don't won't to get involved in hiring process even though limas are not even required in this program
