Any one applying for Seneca College for Sept 2016

I am planning to apply for graduate program in compliance management in financial services of two semesters fall 2016. though deadline through Ontario common is first February 2016, is the deadline same for direct applications? Also how is your experience with Seneca if you have the one. How fast they refund the money in case visa is refused.
