I think you can send without PCC . There is one member sk.aggarwal in the forum who submitted without PCC and also got medical request. PCC you can submit latter on.
Check with others for this.

You are the answer box here and first time I see a question from you.
I am not sure but to my knowledge CHC, ND expects on one full package and doesn' entertain this.
Seniors can advice and ppl who had done this can share their experience.

I think I know what you are saying, it needs to be one full Package.
But there are couple of people who suggested that PCC can be submitted later to me on the forum. Also I checked sk.aggarwal in one thread and he said that they have given him 45 days for Passport and PCC, so I thought let me take opinion of other members.
I have all the docs ready and PCC from FBI will take atleast two more months. I am not really in a hurry but thought to check it out

Yes that sounds good plan.
Lets wait for some more input on this.
I will also check with my agent here and if they also say yes then I should also send he docs and send the PCC later.

I have also submitted my application without PCCs to ND CHC. It has been in process since September of 2009. If I sumitted PCCs with the full package, my PCCs would have expired by now. I hope I will receive request for PCC along with the medical request.

Yes. I have submitted application w/o PCC and got the request for medical/PCC/RPF ... only if Indian embassy returns my passport with PCC before 45 days complete
BTW Kumar0919, PCC expire if they are older than 3 months before you applied to CIC, so they would not have expired

Full Application w/o PCC
Dear Ankit & SK.Aggarwal
I think i'm too on the same boat. I received the 120 day email from sydney on 24 dec 2009. I had all my documents ready by then except the PCC from Dubai where i have stayed for 2 years. Due to some rule changes, i have still not got the pcc from there. My agent who is my friend told me that i can send my application without the pcc from uae and so i did. my application was received by the new delhi chc on 15 feb 2010. This is what i have already done.
Now i have something to ask from 'SK'. What do i have to do now. Should i wait for the chc to ask for the pcc or should i send the pcc on my own as a separate package. I am worried that if i do send the pcc in a seperate package, it might not get attached to the rest of my package and get misplaced ?

Thank you for the correction. I wish I had done it with the full package so I could save some time once the medicals are received.

What should i do now,

If you have a valid reason for not being able to send the PCC with the full documents then it's understandable. It can be like it is taking time and your deadline to submit docs is coming near. In such cases you can send the docs without PCC. You should send a letter with full docs explaining why you are not sending the PCC in the documents package. Inform them that you will send it as soon as you receive it. Other than this you should not intentionally avoid it without any such/logical reason.

Laxmi, What blue boy and your consultant are telling is correct expected answer. I would tell the same thing as well and would abide by the same.
But the question that I was wondering about is if there are applicants who submitted the Full applicantion w/o PCC and succeded. Like sk.aggarwal is one of them even though in case he is struggling with 45 days deadline
