i am going to send my docs to Canada tomorrow through DHL. Hope it will reach within this month. Would it be affected by the change of April?? is it wise to apply now or wait for April???

Minister Kenney announced recently changes to be introduced on 10 April to the procedure for assessing language ability for the Federal Skilled Worker and the changes will increase fairness and reduce delays.But beginning April 10, 2010, prospective immigrants will be required to prove their English and French language abilities at the time they apply. This requirement will support their commitment to fast, fair and efficient application processing or may halt fresh immigration for some time.Now, applying at this stage or after 10th April will all depend on your Luck by Chance.
