Application recieved CIC on 22nd Feb. 2012

I sent mail on 12th April and got reply on 26th April that my file is with them and they will start initial process .....

but no news than after

m also waiting for PER and they have not sent my file back also

when i sent my appl noc number was arnd 460..appl rec by cic on apr 3rd and 5th cic update noc got capped...
