Dear Osman,
VO will not tell of RPRF encashment. However, some people try to know if the RPRF encashed or not via their local banks. If RPRF get encashed then it is an indicator for your PPR.

RPRF won't be encashed if the draft you provided was not proper.....if it was encashed, than be rest assured that it was fine
