My wife is working at a local store in Saskatchewan, and her work permit will expire from September.
She has applied for extending it, so she will live in Canada legally under the implied status until a decision is made by CIC.
The store where my wife is working is going to fire her because of the implied status, which is a disaster for my family.
Is there a law in Canada or Saskatchewan that can support my wife's right as a legal worker under the implied status?
MANY thanks for your kind help!!!!
