Any Latent TB Applicant got PR???

Hi Friends,

I am October applicant and did my medical 3-4 weeks before. I was having Latent (inactive TB) and I declared during medical which I think I did wrong.
Doctor asked a letter from Family doctor and i hv given it.
Still I don't receive any communication from CIC. ECAS is showning in process since long time.
Please help me. Will be there any problem with PR because of my Latent TB?
Please advise.

Medical Done - 24 Apr 2014
Medical Uploaded - 5 May 2014
RPRF - 10 May 2014

Is there anyone who has got PR having Letent TB? any idea? How much time will cic take to come a decision.

Is there any message like "Medical has been Received" on ECAS?

My ECAS say application received. When I clock on Application Received it says:

1. We have received your application for PR on xx Date.

When Medical is uploaded on ECAS it say:

2 or 3) We have received your Medical.

If you see this message then your medical is ok. No need to worry about any health related issues. May be try clicking on "in process" if you can. I am not sure if you can or not.
If you don't see any message like that regarding Medical then your Medical must be in process. If you don't hear anything in a week or 2, I would recommend to order GCMS notes online

don't worry Latent TB cases get PR but I might just take a little longer and more medical test until to get PR say 1 more year year of delay

Thanks for help, op-operations and advise.

I have become PR holderand landed successfully.

I was letent TB applicant but no medical survillance mention in the COPR and during landing also officer did not mention anything.

Once again thanks a lot to all.

Hi Vimal,
Can you please share your application timelines. I am also having the latent TB and my medical results were uploaded on 31st May but so far I haven't received Passport request and neither ECAS system status says "Medical results received". Did CIC ask you to perform any additional tests for this ?

Application Date - 4 Oct 2013
AOR - 18 Nov 2013
Medical - 24 Apr 2014
No further test. Doctor just asked letter from my family doctor stating that there is no active TB. and I have provided that and they enclosed with medical report and upload
Uploaded - around 9 May 2014
Decison Made - 2 June
Passport Req - 3 June
Landed on - 26 June
