I am looking to apply for a NEXUS CARD, how it is advantageous to a person who is PR in Canada and H1B in USA ? Stayed in US for 6 YRS ?

Advantageous or not advantageous is what you have to see with your own use, if you will be a frequent traveller to US and do not want to see you waiting at Canadian -US border then go for it.
