Any hope for visa for jan intake?

hmm ..i just had a doubt .

my coll gave me jan 15th as the last date for registration. So what shd i do if the visa was not processed before jan 15th ?

if i dont ask the coll for refund before that time they ll not return our money.

if i ask for a refund. they ll cancel my seat and send the money. then what shd i do with the visa ??


Ohh godddd.......what is this.......classes r starting on jan 10th and i don't have may intake for my course...only sep again !!!

i think community colgs has MAY intake as well.and moreover..i think u will be getting a response before your commencement date.

yes man..seneca have may intake. but my course have only sep and jan intake.


no other go..to wait until jan 10th.

Are you sure about JAN 4 to be a non working because new year day was a holiday according to their calender which was already a saturday ! so jan 3 which is monday is pretty evidently working..have you confirmed the closure with the embassy/vfs ???????

vfs confirmed that jan 3rd monday is a holiday for chc delhi,as jan 1st sat is already a holiday.

chc delhi will be working from jan 4th ie. tuesday.

tue......wed.......thu.....fri.......to go.

i think ur classes r frm 4th only ? isnt it ??

why the embassy is not prosessing it before the start date. :'(

hey guys dnt worry,,hope for the best...even if u get the visa late you can use it for the sept intake and NO,CHC dusnt take into account the start dates,they process it according to the serial number of your application.

I got a letter from embassy to take medical again but no passport with it.
I had done pre-medical test on 14 nov 2010, nd i applied on dec 2,till yesterday it was under processing today i got a letter stating to do medical again. my college start on 10 jan ... and i have max 17 jan last date to register
Can anybuddy tel me that would it affect my case or what would be my outcome.?
Please Pals and other seniors help me out n tell what can embassy officals state the outcome for me..? will they stamp or refuse..!!!
