Any Experiences for PP Submission directly to New Delhi w/o involvingVFS Global?

Any pointers for PP submission to CHC New Delhi directly without involving VFS Global?

Link to any reference material on this will be highly appreciated.

AFAIK you cannot do that.

You need to send thro VFS or Speed Post / courier. They will not accept directly.

So I can courier them using speed post at their CHC New Delhi address without involving a third party vendor like VFS Global?

Yes, but this is to be sent from India. But VFS is safe and we can track the passports.

Send by VFS if it is available in your city. Otherwise send by Speed post and give Indian address.
