Hello, just inquiring if there are any difference in the application forms for the inland and outland process, i know the outland process has a different document checklist. I am inquiring as Missassauga is saying my rep sent the inland forms, but i clearly have proof that the outland document checklist was sent and come to the realization they do not want to fix their errors....

yes, there are different packages. some forms are the same, while others arent. there are also different requirements for inland.

my advise is to review the packages on the CIC website to see which one you actually sent.

inland: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/spouse.asp

outland: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp

Thank you, my app was sent outland, but missasauga is saying i sent inland forms, wtf?

Did you fill out any inland forms? The packages are not identical.

Yep i found her mistake, she submitted all the outland document checklist and docuemtns but included IMM5285, which is the spouse commonlaw question for inside canada, def will ask for a full refund. Now that its inland, what should i do, should withdraw or apply for the OWP, im 3 months in.... wtf.

Don't ask for it to be processed inland. If you have otherwise included a complete outland application, email them back and specify this, and be STRONG and CLEAR that you want your application to remain as an outland one. Be strong and stick with it.

even though the spouse commonlaw questionnaire is for the inland processing?

Agreed. Besides, it would be at least 4 months before the OP would receive the OWP.

If the inland form is an EXTRA form, then just write back and ask them to disregard it and otherwise the application is complete as an outland application.

If you are missing outland forms, then fill those out and mail them to CPC-M to be added to your application.

Will they put me in the outland queue even though i included IMM5285 which is part of the inland application, god fxck immigration reps if only i found this forum before i started the process. FML.

no one can tell you this for sure. only cic will be able to make this determination. if you know what needs to be excluded and/or resent, then follow schnook's advice and get it fixed. otherwise, withdraw and resubmit correctly.

What should the subject title of the email be to CPC-M?

Just respond to the email they sent you, and ensure that your response includes as much identifying info about your application as possible.

They didnt respond to me, they responded to my sponsor's MP who inquired on my behalf.

Call CPC-M. Phone number for them is in the FAQ in my signature.
