Any colleges accepting IELTS GT for one year diploma courses

Dear friends,

I scored IELTS GT 6.5 and planning to apply for FSW. In the mean while I would like to check if there are any universities or institutes who offer diploma courses on basis of IELTS GT so that we can process it. Any advise is accepted.
