Any chance to get PNP?

Hi experts, my situation is like this:
1. Age 40 (soon will be 41)
2. Education: Double Master degrees
3. IELTS: L:6.5, W: 7.5, R: 7, O: 7.5
4. NOC: 1114 (approx. 5 years out of past 10 years)

Together with my spouse my CRS is 340.

Any chance for me to get PNP? Million thanks!
