Case History
2012 - we applied for Canada pr under (chef) as my wife was the main applicant, since we were not aware of all process, so our consultant didn't even tell about anything and confirm that you don't need to worry, we will take care of all this and we submitted what they asked from us. But my wife actual profile was (executive assistant).
2012 - after few months we got an email from Canada immigration, stating that from there online sources they got to know that my wife was not working there as a (chef) and then gave us 30 days of time. then we replied that agent has misguided and mislead us and didn't tell the complete process, so we requested them to reject our application.
2014 - we got a refusal letter and as a result of the findings of misrepresentation and inadmissible to Canada for 2 years from the letter date (25 Jan 2014).
Now in 2018 after completion of 4 years+, we got to know that my wife occupation is in Canada NOC skill B category ( 1222 Executive assistant) and she has around 10+ years experience.
We would like to apply and confirm 100% genuine documents.
