Any advice while waiting for ITA

Hi everyone! Can anyone help me what I need to do while waiting for ITA because my points are not enough in my Express entry profile. But because my Post Grad work permit was expired. I went back home. Anyone can give me advice How can I return in Canada to apply for PR? I don't have any idea about EOI for any provinces and also the AIP.
