I am planning to immigrate to Canada and meeting as much as consultants i could. I have recently come across a consultant who said that after building a profile on CIC. I will be getting an immediate access to a job portal wherein I can apply for jobs as per my experience. I have never heard this. This sounds good but i want to know if it is really true or else, the consultant is just trying to fool me.
Secondly, I want to know that is it easier to shift to another province if i immigrate via PNP program from the province I supposed to stay. I mean if I can immigrate before 2 years and if so, how and under what possibilities? please tell!
