I also sent my whole documents including passport copies yesterday and did our medical 21 Aug 2012. I had to go my own country for polic certificate which cost me much. I have no idea about DHL return post. If you find any useful information please share it with us. btw why did they ask me for copy of passport. does it meani anything special. Guys please comment.

Fortunately the WVO answered me after 17 days and sent my PPR to my personal e-mail address 23.8.2012, I'm happy as during the past 17 days I was too much hesitated. I'm currently searching for the most trusted shipment company as our DHL agent said we can only send ur passports for u and we cannot receive prepayment and guarranty for return of ur pps. Any one have experience? plz answer.

one of our forum members receive a strange e-mail from his representative:

(Yesterday the agreement between CIC and us respectively counsel pertaining processing of files submitted between February 2008 and June 2010 was signed.
• A request for updated form(s) and documentation and the medical forms will be sent by CIC within 21 days

• Within 180 days of receipt of whatever has been requested or, if only a medical, the medical results, the visas are to be issued. At a minimum, there will be a request to provide a current police clearance for each adult for each country where s/he has resided for at least six, continuous months since age 18. If such police clearances were submitted previously and you have not spent six months there subsequently, new clearances are not required.)

This is good news but I had to provide them even if I was not in my own country at all after my first police certificate. I emailed to VO in this regard explaining the issue but no reply from them. So I decided not to take any risk and therefore I flew to my own counrry and privided the updated one but it cost me so much.

"Please be advised that the application is currently under review and we shall be in contact with you once in a position to advise regarding further requirements. No further correspondence will be entered into in the mean time".

wanted to share the latest update on my case with you

I initally recieved MR's for me and my wife in june 19th2012, so we added our son week after we recieved our MR's (as at the time we filled our apps the baby was not bron) and yesterday warsaw VO sent my kid's MR's scanned report and asked us to proceed with his medical examinations within 30 days. besides i'm expecting my 2nd baby in Dec 2012, so informed the VO accrdingly of my wife's preganancy (in june) and hopefully after she delivers we shall undertake medical exams all at one shot with my newely born baby.
