Hey guys ... Ive sent my medical report and updates to warsaw VO in june 20th but since the canadian embassy is closed in Iran and you have to have visa to go to warsaw i wonder how they going to issue my visa ... If any body knows please share

don't worry . when they send you the ppr (passport request) , it will be mentioned on the paper by the embassy on how you can send your passport , there are 3 means :
1- via the canadian embassy of your country
2- via DHL or ARAMEX or any other courrier
3- go in person to warsaw to submit your passport.

since points 1 and 3 are not convenient to you then your only option is to send your pass by DHL.

Good news

I recieved my MR and passport pages copy and updated documents today. just one question warsaw has asked me to provide Police certificates both from my own country and Uk. I have been living in Uk since 2009. I am a little bit confused why they asked for PC updates from my own country. It is not easy to get PC from there within this time limit. I appriciate any advice from you.

Congrat.s mov20, u waited too long, I hope u can update ur iranian PCC easily ASAP. it is usual that they ask for ur iranian PCC.

In my ppr it is mentioned that: u cannot/cannot bring ur pp in person, u can only send ur pp via a commercial courier and not by a regular mail.

Since 6.Aug.2012 I received an e-mail from Office (Campbell Cohen) <NoReply @ canadavisa.com>
Subject: Government Communication Received, as the REQUEST FOR SUBMISSION OF PASSPORTS, the strange point is that the e-mail is not from my VO and is from NoReply @ canadavisa.com; next day followed by another e-mail from C.Cohen that fully explained the e-mail and an attachment of the original e-mail from WVO to C.Cohen, and advised me to send my pp within 30 days (as mentioned in the PPR), I greatly appreciate and trust C.Cohen, but I'm still confused why the WVO didn't send my PPR directly to me as their previous communications for MR,RPRF,PCC and more documents update directly to my e-mail last 2 and 3 months!! by the way I've sent two e-mails to WVO last week just to reassure me and confirm this important request but unfortunately they didn't answer yet. if they not answer this week too I'll do send my pp, next week; Dear members, what are ur opinions please?

I storngly advise you to go ahead and send your passports ASAP.C.Cohen is your authorised lawyer and all communications from VO shall go directly to him as first point of contact. bit strange to send you your MR's, etc.. earlier without contacting your lawyer!! any way wish you a great luck and success in your final step

thanks hassan, but since 2010 I have no representing lawyer and many communications made between me and WVO. perhaps this was due to his initial representation from 2009-2010. but I'm confused as this PPR which is the most important request has not been sent to me even as CC.
