As our friends in Iranian thread say:the most important date is the date that your file is received by Sydney and we see except applicant with update,the rest of applicants get medical according to the date of Sydney.

I would not agree with u bec i think the most important date for the next processing is the date that shows the real in process ""your application was reviewed on XXXX ........ ""
But the date of Sydney it was important before , when they sent 1000 applications from Damascus to Warsaw. And regrading to the Sydney date they started processing our applications.
But that still not a fact but most of cases are like this.
Any ideas Guys???

My brother order CAIPS on my behalf since June 1st and in July 10 he sent them and requested approximate date and they sent back telling him that the acts allow them to extend for extra 30 days from the original 30 days. Yet he hasn't received any thing. Any idea appreciated.

You know I think u have to go for another CAIPS just ask ur brother to order another one for u.

Good news

I recieved my MR and passport pages copy and updated documents today. just one question warsaw has asked me to provide Police certificates both from my own country and Uk. I have been living in Uk since 2009. I am a little bit confused why they asked for PC updates from my own country. It is not easy to get PC from there within this time limit. I appriciate any advice from you.
