Withdraw or die!!! Ekfeena sharrak ya zalama :)

Hi,

To tell you the truth the numbers are shocking! First of all I thought they process a lot more number of applications per year, 800s is not many!

And second the approval rate is only 3%!!!!!! I can imagine that not all applicants submit truthful applications, but definitely not 97% of them! The rejection rate is very very hight! This is worrying.

I suppose that they have instructions to be very strict with the MI-1 applicants. But this is very strict.

Even when you compare Warsaw with other VO you will find that the rejection rate at Warsaw is high, it seems they are usually not in the mood :)

Best of luck for all...

My CAIPS is also the same. Code 1 as I said is a good sign and it means we have passed the initial assessment and are pending for Medical Request hopefully. Have they already asked you any updated documents?

No nothing yet, I suppose you will be asked for updates before me since your application was submitted earlier.

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
I have been quietly watching this thread for a very long time now. Today, I decided it is selfish to just keep watching without contributing.
Anyway, I am a 2009 FSW (NOC 0213):

Filed my application: October 13, 2009
AOR2 for full docs Jan 2010
Transferred to the Warsaw office on December 12, 2011
Application was reviewed and started processing on February 1, 2012
No meds and no request for updated docs yet.

Note: was not able to edit the profile for some reason?

Hello Guys.
I am now in China,I will be back to Jordan in 2 days.that is the reason of being dis-active for a while...and honestly I am sick with the F. Immigration processor . I am now seriously thinking about sent this stuff off and go on with this life without this pressure... When I started this process I did it with 2 of my friends , who are already in Canada for more than 15 months, the only difference between us is the country of origin , I am Jordanian and they are from Ukraine. :( :( :( :( :(.I am not saying that bec of support needed , No , I only wanna share

Thank you.
I see many frustrated jordainins here (incluidng me).
I hope we are close the end.

I'm still here, my medicals reached CHC london last tuesday; I'm waiting for the magic line to appear in my status "medical results received..." I'm expecting it tomorrow or next tuesday; and I'm waiting for PPR.

Best of luck to all!!

Congratulations buddy. Did visa office ask you for any documents update? And how many points did you have?
All the bests! Hopefully, you'll get your PPR soon.

They asked for RPRF, POF, PCC and updated forms on june 4, then after they were received , they asked for meds

I never ordered caips, I don't know how many points, but I know they are at least 72 (lots of experience and education)

Hi Nada,
Happy to hear from you again,
For magical line you mentioned and expecting it by a week. Actually, I hope so, but the fact say that it needs minimum 6 weeks for medical to be received by VO. A lot of people don't receive this magic line however they got PPR
