thank you moby for the current updates...

Dear Moby Dear Aram

My application has being processed since March 1, 2012. In reply to our inquiry, yesterday I have been informed that the embassy asked me on March 1 for the update for "The applicant was requested on 01 March 2012 to provide updated schedule I's, supplementary information forms and police certificates".
But unfortunately my lawyer has not received the Email from Warsaw. As the 45 day interval is passed what do you suggest?
Moby, your timeline matches mine. Have you received any emails regarding document update?

no my dear, I receive nothing ! :o

Oh my God, I have a counselor too.... you should email Warsaw and explain your problem honey.... :(
What an unresponsive counselor we have >:(

I think we have a lawyer we can not send an Email directly to the visa office.
Am I right?

yes I think you can not by yourself. your lawyer should send it....hurry up arta....

This is the response I got from Warsaw:
Dear Applicant,

Your immigration application is processed by our office.

Please note that CIC is working to closely manage arrivals in Canada, so that we meet, but do not exceed the immigration plan set by Parliament for the current year. Since we have larger inventories than limits within the immigration plan for admissions to Canada, we must stagger the issuance of visas throughout the year.

As a result, we cannot advise you when this case will be ready for finalization or when we will be in a position to communicate further requirements.

No further correspondence will be entered into until we are in a position to communicate a decision or further requirements.

Sincerely,

Immigration Section/Section d'Immigration

This is the 6th time I am seeing this response to various people in the last couple of days. Looks like an auto reply to any one who sends an email to the embassy at Warsaw
