hello moby your friend that got medical from Ankara did they apply in 2009 or 2010 and when they were transferred to Ankara .... l was transferred to Ankara in march 1st... thanx Moby

Dear aram_golbaghi

According to my Ecase: My application for permanent residence has been received on November 30, 2009.
My file has been transferred to Warsaw office on December 12,2011.
My application was reviewed and they started processing on March 1, 2012.
What will be my next step? Is it better that I send Warsaw my updated files or shall I wait until they contact me?

they will ask you if they need any documents

nothing here..... unfortunately, but I am counting my lucky stars because I had previously applied in 2007 and when the ministerial instructions came in i withdrew my old file and applied under the 38 occupations........ otherwise my dream would have been destroyed............. Thank God!! but I do feel bad for those whose applications are being retuned after 5 or 6 years
 
Be positive and wait your medicals ..... Guys i do believe that our MR on the way...
