I have the same situation,My documents has been transferred to Warsaw office on 12 Dec. 2011 with the same errors.

we dont know the actual counts of applications from 2009 .because there are people who applied in 2009 and not used with this forum.according to the information from this thread i added everyone in this spread sheet....

hai so yours is in process with rbvo details.because when your application was in received by visa office stage the inside details were same pending in review right?after changed to in process the same details inside means your file is not actually in process.if there is a date showing that we reviewed your application and started processing on means that is in real process.so that is the secret..........

thanks for making this table. it is very useful . but it is better people say the date for AOR it is their first AOR or 2th. caz we like to know Warsaw process applications base on first AOR or 2th ? I checked my e-case still my mailing address is missing and no any update still in process with RBVO detail and pending review, and transfer to warsaw on dec 12/ 2011, also in this table my AOR date is my 2th AOR too.

hi strong we don't know exactly what is their calculations. i think probably how old an application is .mr Afshinshailin applied on march and his first aor was on march 2009.his second aor is same like mine august 2009.his application they started process and mine not.from this we can asume that they are starting processing according to the first aor.so hope for the best.i added in the table just a heading aor date because of lack of information regarding their aor.some added in their profile first aor while others wrote their second aor.so just keen on the date of application filing.first person in our table got his file in real process.we will see what will happen next.my e case status changed on december 5,and address disappeared on dec.13.still it is missing..i dont really believe in this address disappearence scenario,bacause most of us in the forum got their address disappeared..keep in touch.......
