Any 1 year diploma/masters program that can give 3 years of PGWP?

I have completed my bachelor's in computer science in 2016. I had more than 2 backlogs and I am wondering if there are any colleges which have intake for people with backlogs?
I am doing the course just for the sake of getting PGWP. So any college for this?

No, you need to study for at least two years to get a three-year work permit. Also, if it's obvious you are "doing the course just for the sake of getting PGWP," your study permit application will likely be refused.
