Does anyone know if Trinidad office open, been waiting for any information concerning my application for the pass 4 months

I sponsored my husband and kids and medical was done and pass but my application was sent to Mexico and two days ago it was transferred electronically to Trinidad port of spain

What is your timeline? How do you know it was electronically transferred to Trinidad?

March 19, 2020. I email Trinidad two days back with my file number and they told me they recently received my file
