I applied for endorsement on 6th July, and received AOR on 19th August. Is there any chance of refusal after getting AOR. Can any one get endorsement letter now a days?

Nova Scotia closed only for New employer designation application. No issue for existing applications.Did you applied nova scotia.Nova scotia already closed aipp on 30th June.
