well i asked a lot of question in this forum and it s really helpfull

well i m waitin for the desicion about my application processin in buffalo since november they email me to say that they are doin my background check
well as i can see on cic website buffalo processing time is 80% of case in the 10 month

should i want to get the month 10 or 11 till my apllication will be finished ( i have to wait anyways )

should i worry about that that my application s takin a bit longer or no

No dont worry Buffalo is a very busy office and depending on how many apps went in at the same time yours did has an effect on timelines if it gets past the 10 month time then you could send a email asking about the status.
But it is still with in the timeline.
