I applied for a study Permit around November 2018 went for biometrics but got refused, now I recently applied for a new study Permit, at first I was sent a link to make payments so I could get and upload a biometrics receipt so they can continue processing my application, now I just got a message asking me to go and submit my biometrics again,
Please does anyone understand what’s going on, I thought the first one is meant to be valid for 10years, please help .
