another confusion

Hello All!

I want to ask this again since i dont want to call cic and wait too long before agent will answer me...I have a non-accompanying child who lives in the philippines---non-accompanying since my ex doesn't want to sign the written custody prepared by my lawyer so i have to wait until this application is done then go home and resolve the dispute.

Now,my question is..since she is non-accompanying do we have to pay that $150 for her or not?

I agree with GOGOGO. You don't have to pay the 150$ as she is a non-accompanying dependent.
We included my step-daughter as a a non-accompanying dependent and we didn't pay anything either.
