For our application do I as the Sponsor need to fill out the Fianacial evaluation IMM1283? Just so you know We do not have any dependents

For the pictures, I plan to put them in a envelope and label the front with what kind of pics they are, is that sufficient?

Ours was an 'outland' application and that one is NOT on our Document Checklist. All you (as sponsor) will need in that regard is an original "Option C" printout for the last applicable taxation year that you request from CRA. You have found the 'Document Checklist' AND 'Guide 3900' by now, yes?

This form is to be filled out if there is a dependent child that has a dependent child.... ie... you have a 16 year old daughter who has had a baby, and you wish to sponsor both of them, since you have no dependents then no you do not need to send in this form. labeling pictures by envelope should be fine.
