I was married in India in 2009 (have original court-ordered marriage certificate). The marriage was annuled in the US in 2011 (have original court-ordered annulment decree). Since it has now been almost 8+ years since the annulment I have obviously no contact with my ex-spouse or his family.
1. Will it be enough to show the 2 original marriage and annulment decrees as proof of my status?
2. Will CIC ask for any additional supporting documents?
3. If CIC does ask for any other documents, is there a way to address this as I have currently no way of getting in touch with my ex?
