Annulling Marriage PR Consequences?

Hello,

Long story short my wife wants to annul the marriage instead of divorcing. we never had sexual intercourse even though we did everything else that you can do without having an actual penetration. The reason why did not have intercourse (which would make us eligible to get an annulment) it's because whenever we tried, it was way too painful for her so she just did not feel comfortable even trying anymore as it was not a pleasant experience for her.

She has another man and now she wants to annul the marriage instead of divorcing. She did left me for someone else and I could divorce her by adultery but I don't really want to do that as I'm friends with her family so I was looking to wait for the 1 year living apart to get divorced in "good terms".

I became PR last year and she sponsored me, just looking to know if getting our marriage annulled will affect my status.

I will ignore the fact that you shared waaaay too much information here and just let you know that no, once you become a PR it cannot be revoked. She will continue to be financially responsible for you until 3 years after your landing even if your marriage ends.
