I have been in Canada for over a year on PR status.

I am not sure how taxes work, how to submit taxes.

Can anyone please explain the basics?
Can I still submit previous years?
I don't have income other than parent support, does that count as income?

You should consult with a tax expert (most of them charge only 20-30$ to file a tax return)
