This is a question in the form of a student visa.

Since the age of 18 or during the past five years whichever is more recent, have you traveled to any country or territory, other than the country of your citizenship or your current country or territory of residence?

Since I am 30 years old annnndd

Right now, it is July 2022.

This means that I have to list the countries I have been to after june 2017...

Timeframe section:
Since the age of 18 or during the past five years whichever is more recent
-if you are under 23 then you only need the consider "places" that you visitied since 18
-if you are 23 or older, then you consider "places" in the past 5 years

Places section:
, have you traveled to any country or territory, other than the country of your citizenship or your current country or territory of residence?
-Exclude your citizenship country and exclude your current residence.
-Include all other countires or terrirtories
