Annex A and Return Label

Hey Guys.

I got my PP request and shipped all the required documents yesterday. But I realized I wrote different addresses on the return label and Annex A. Will this be a problem?
My package is still at the courier facility so I am thinking of going and rectifying the Annex A form. Has anyone been in the same situation?
