ANIP - Next Step?

Hi Everyone,

Below is our timeline so far;

October 2012- ANIP App Sent
April 18th 2013 - UCI # Given
April 23rd 2013 - Medical Request
July 15th 2013 - Medical Completed (we live regionally and was hard to get medical done)
Sept 15th 2013 - Request for more information (needed new traffic history)
Jan 28th 2014 - Email: "This refers to your application for Permanent Residence in Canada.

We wish to remind you at this time that if your Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) is outstanding, you must pay this fee before a permanent resident visa can be issued. The RPRF will be refunded if the application is refused, if you withdraw your application or if you choose not to use your visa.
If you delay the payment of the RPRF, your security or medical results may expire, which would delay the issuance of your visas. We therefore encourage you to pay the RPRF as soon as possible, by following these steps"

Jan 28th 2014: RPRF Paid

Where do you think we are in the process, and how much longer till we get approved? We live and Work in Canada currently our application is being processed through Syd, NS.

That would run from 2 weeks to a month before you'll receive passport request.
Btw, what is about traffic history? Did you or your spouse had any traffic violations?
Or you mean travel history?

It's like a drivers abstract but from Australia. It was a required document, but the one we had provided originally was due to expire.

Thanks for the info, it's been such a long process, it just gets a bit frustrating just waiting and waiting. My sisters application started after mine and she has already been approved, although she was employer sponsored
