my point is pretty basic and very affirm any travel history to USA will result into a RQ. Now what are the reason behind it not my problem but this is how it is as simple as that

This is not true. Yes, US trips CAN be a redflag resulting in an RQ. But having several trips to the US does not mean the applicant will get an RQ for sure.
We have received the citizenship recently and even though my spouse had several trips to the US we did not receive an RQ. Not to mention that we have lived in the US for several years before coming to Canada. Getting or not getting an RQ probably depends on several factors. I am pretty sure that often it makes a big difference who your CO is or whether he/she is having a good or bad day ...
My point is that even with trips to the US, you can still escape of getting an RQ.
