Hi everyone out there without take much time I stating the problem :P

I have done Inter Commerce and Bachelors of Commerce off 2 years plus I am ACCA finalist right now.

I applied for LSBF Canada in ACCA program so I can complete my remaining papers they there. I got the letter and everything was set I submit my case on 11th June 2011 and got my refusal letter stating the "your letter of acceptance will be expire during the process so, we are unable to proceed further"

Without delaying I asked LSBF to issue me new LOA off next intake they send me revised LOA end of August and again I gather my documents ascend them and re-submit my file on 7th Sept 2011 and this time again I got my refusal letter on 30th Nov 2011 stating that VO is not satisfied with my financial status and employment status.

Although I have submit my 90% fee in advance all I have to pay remaining 1500$ plus I showed 20,000$ Bank statement and my course duration is of 16months only.

As, I have no intention to join any company in this time as I am complete student till date. I don't know how should I place my employment status?

I have now two options:
1. Justify above reasons and re-apply in same course for next intake

or

2. I search various university in past few days and University of Lethbridge ask me to submit my documents for this program "http://www.uleth.ca/ross/ppgs/acct_cert.pdf" and the board will decide weather they accept or refuse my case for this program

or is there any other options from anyone I will look forward to it as well.

Hi,

I have no idea how things work for CHC Islamabad. However, I feel it's always better to avoid private schools like LSBF, stoufville etc. Such schools do not qualify for any off campus and Post Graduate Work Permit. I believe getting in such private schools shall not prove your candidature in any way.

I have noticed you are focusing more on the contents of your refusal letter. CHC is under 'no obligation' to provide any reason for refusal. In fact, they do NOT even provide any exact reason. You get only one common generalized refusal letter. At least look at Indian students, here we get one "common" refusal letter.

Your refusal means you simply failed to satisfy VO for his concerns. You need to understand that you are applying for a student visa, not for a visitor visa/permanent immigration. So why are you focusing too much on things other thn your academics. I may be wrong but I believe a student visa is all about academics, grades/standing, proposed course in Canada.

Clearly, I see problem in your proposed course. It's better if you search for a Master degree in a University (as suggested by Fahad in one of his post) which is relevant to your prior study/work. I strongly believe a proposed Master degree course makes you a genuine student for visa purpose.

However, still you might face some problem in getting in Master, as most of the Master courses requires 4 years of under graduation. At least this is applicable for an Indian student, I am NOT sure if this is the same requirement for a Pakistani student.

Yes, it's true to pursue in Master course 4 years under graduation is required for Pakistan as well. So, that's what I am searching from past few days in any course which is suitable for me at this stage but couldn't find except one which I mention above. Furthermore, if you send me your meail Id so I can send you how refusal letter issue in Pakistan than you come to know what reasons they mention on it which sometimes make you laugh . . :D
