Amount of Right of Landing Fee and other fees

Hello all,

May someone tell me what is the amount of Right of Landing Fee , Medical Costs , Application Processing Fee that are charged by the Canadian Government during processing of a case ?

Is there any other fee that is charged by the govt. ? If yes, kindly tell the amount for that also.
