Update: I received a call from them asking if my application was submitted online or paper application. I wasn't really sure as my lawyer submitted the application for us (which I deeply regret to hire a lawyer at this stage, I'm just left even more in the dark than before).

The lady that spoke to me said she can't find any application under my name/ date of birth. I don't really know what to do anymore.

Are you be able to check your application status through E-case ?

VFS will contact IRCC asking for more information, its not an option an application got lost i am sure IRCC has a backup file for everyone.

Did she going to contact you again regarding your application ?

my lawyer sent them an e-mail about 10 days ago. The phone call I made didn't help at all.
My application was submitted online so the VFS won't be able to help you if you also sent your application online

My lawyer contacted them so now i am waiting for medicals.Omg it’s so stressing honestly and I just called ircc and it’s in Amman jordon and they have to send medicals
