No it's not DHL cut 42000 IQD From me to send it to the VFS in Erbil witch is 10 min Driving from there office to the VFS but I had to pay it because they don't accept to take the package in person .

Please HELP,
My wife is in Iraq,
She got her identity card and passport with her correct birth date,
When she went today to get her birth certificate it shows a different date,
She was born 26/6 ( identity card+ passport) but on the birth certificate it shows (26/7)
I don’t know what to do,
If we try to fix this problem in Iraq it could take up to two years to fix the whole thing.
What can I do?

Oh dear, sorry to hear that. I would recommend finding a reputable immigration firm in Iraq who can help your wife sort this out. I’m sure they’ve come across similar cases. Ask them if they can help in this matter or recommend non immigration firms that can help her urgently. Do you have any connections/wasta that could help?

He sent his passport last Friday sep 4th,2020
And till now they didn’t send me anything.

Did you receive email from them with the tracking number? Or it’s showing in your passport request email?

So for me it was Erbil VFS once they receive my passport they send my email with tracking number and says you application passport has been dispatched to IRCC office for processing.

You can contact them through their number or email .

Do you know how long does it take on average between every notification?

Mine is currently at email number 2

No worries.
I think it's vary but i think the last notification after processing the passport it takes the longest something like up to 30 days i guess
