How long does it take to process the US visitor visa?Is it issued at the time of visa interview or later?Iplan to go for shopping.Am not a canadian,an international student.
It is issued on the spot . if the embassy guys keep your passport that means you got your visa (99% cases visa is issued) and if they return your passport that means "Better luck next time"
