Credit Cards are the fastest way of making payments.

The thing is most of the Credit Cards today require VBV or OTPs to authenticate a transaction. I am told the immigration authority of Canada does not require this which means they would be able to bill your credit card with the given details such as the Card Number and CVV.

If your AMEX Card also supports the same function (since its a corporate card - there is a chance it may not be true) you should be fine. You will have to speak with an AMEX representative and clear this out.
