American crossing the border after marriage

Hey I'm a canadian getting married to a U.S citizen in the U.S and was wondering if there is going to be any complication when we try to come back to Canada? Will they be okay with a U.S citizen coming to live in Canada while she waits to apply for her

She can't live in Canada until she has PR - all she can do is visit at this time. She should make sure she looks like a visitor when she arrives in Canada. If she arrives and it looks like she's moving permanently (e.g. car full of household stuff), it's possible she could be refused entry.
