The email only references the bio page, and i read it a few times to make sure because i though they usually request all pages. glad to know that's not true.
No, only the bio page and you can usually just scan it at home then email it as a 'reply' to their initial request. You certainly are way more patient then most I know. By now the email would've been gone within an hour of me getting it, if it were me! LOL Can always change PR cards and such at a later date because honestly, the ONLY time mine EVER sees the light of day is if we 'day trip' to the states to see the grandson or something LOL
