Taru,

Please refer to the new Topic you started "Guys Please help regarding about my Spouse work permit!!!! "

Generally speaking, it is not advised to apply for SOWP when the person who is under student permit/work permit has 4 months left.

It is best to waite till your spouse gets OWP and start earning some $$$$ and paying taxes to the Canada govt. This will make your case stronger.

Meanwhile you can get familiarized with the SOWP process.
