Am I qualified?

Dear all,

It's so urgent

My IELTS results are:

Reading: 7
Listening: 6
Writing: 5.5
Speaking: 7.5

Am I eligible for FSWC?

If not, is it depending on the immigration officer to accept 5.5 or refuse it? in other words, should I apply anyway and take the chance? is there a hope?

Given the fact that under CEC, on low level of an ability can be compensated by other high ability, then is it the same for FSWC?

Minimum band of 6 in each category is sufficient to apply for FSW for Canada.
