From the information gathered from Ontario's official web, looks like most of the Master Graduated Internation Student is qualified to apply.
And the graduate is, as I knew, according to the data from some Universities, is high as 60%---98%.
So, does that suggest most of the international students who got a master's diploma are eligible for OINP?
But it doesn't make sense, it can't be so easy.
So, I am wondering if
1--The approved rate of application is low.
2--Not all graduated students can apply.
Because before they apply, they must first register in the OINP’s Expression of Interest System and receive an invitation letter. But only a small percentage of them can get an Invitation letter (the PT letter? )?
This is just my conjecture,I am not sure whether it is correct.
