Am i late ? And chances of rejection?

I've got admission in centennial for Mechanical Eng-Design technician fastrack-1yr.
I paid my GIC on 17th Nov so probably i will get my certificate on around 27...so am i late for visa file submission.?..coz if i'll get on 27-28 it will take at least 1 day to reach them.
Here is my profile:
10th-79%
12th-55%
B.E Mechanical-6.51 CGPA (3 backlogs)
IELTS-6.5(L-7.5,R-6.5,S-6,W-6)
Is there chances of rejection?
I am so tensed...guys plz help me

For January 2015 intake? Yes , you are late for that date. CIC offices will not be working from Dec 20, 2014 to Jan 5, 2015. So , you give them less than 3 weeks to decide? Do not be ridiculous :)

Dont worry u r not late .. as they have themselves kept the dead line of 1st dec .. so u are before that dead line ..

Take it easy .. and just keep the finger crossed ..

For Sept 2014 batch, deadline was 1st August and my friend applied on 29th july and got visa !
Ofcourse You can apply anytime before 1dec.

:( same here u know I paid on 18 nov I'm sure I will get gic after 1 dec :( but i'll submit my application even after 1 dec (on 3 or 4 dec) :Di hope ke visa milega

its never late until last date of applying or say till deadline for submitting your application

I wired gic funds on 20 november :P :P ,, i am more tensed than you .
 
Same here...I also transferred the funds on 18th Nov...and I'm so worried...I don't know what's gonna happen :(

It depends upon the holidays which come after your wire transfer like if you transferred your money on 18 start counting 5-7 business days when they are working and about the 27 I guess you will definitely get it by 27th November.
 
yeah manu v eda eda hi lgda hana ke 27 tak mil je ga 1 question like 28 nu Friday aa right iquestion if main 29 nu file submit karvani huyi then like chandigarh wali embassy open hundi Saturday ke nai .ekk hor question ok if by chance manu gic 3 ja 2 dec nu mileya then main 4 nu file sumit kirvayi fr ki mera visa nai lagge ga ke eda thoda ja late hon nal nai fark pena

Agar 1 December toh late hunda ji tan Mein suggest kru go for online application...paper base vaaleya di shayad 1 December hundi aa ji te online di shayad 5. But mera agent tan kehnda g v 5 December last aa ...But koshish krlo je 30th November nu e lagje
 
u v jan layi apply krna right? but 1 din late hon nal thode na visa nu khuch karna chahida hana wrong aa eh ta
